"We have been working with Lachlan and Leo from Out4Cricket for over a year. Lachlan and Leo have been a fantastic support to make Sussex Cricket more inclusive within our local LGBTQ+ communities. Lachlan has been a valuable member of our LGBTQ+ steering group from its inception, providing expert input into our plans and events, such as our inaugural Pride match held earlier this season.
Out4Cricket are also providing training sessions for our staff and players on LGBTQ+ issues and awareness, in addition to providing consultancy on our services and facilities to make The First Central County Ground in Hove as inclusive as possible.
Lachlan and Leo are valuable and trusted partners with Sussex Cricket, providing insight and knowledge and we appreciate their ongoing support."

"Since attending the inaugural LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Cricket Conference at Edgbaston in 2022 we’ve greatly appreciated the advice and support that Out4Cricket have given us to help us improve our engagement with the LGBTQ+ Community in Nottinghamshire.
The results of this have been the launch of a Nottinghamshire CCC & The Blaze Supporters Group which we have been proud to support, a fantastic display of allyship and support from our Nottinghamshire players during the Vitality Blast Rainbow Laces campaign as well as hosting the 3rd annual LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Cricket Conference at Trent Bridge in 2024.
Without the work of Out4Cricket, these milestones would have been much more difficult to achieve."

"Northumberland Cricket Board has had the support and guidance of Out4Cricket since attending the first LGBTQ+ conference in 2022. Having engaged with all three conference events, we were delighted that our application for 10 days of ECB funded support from Out4Cricket was successful.
The impact Out4Cricket has made from the first event to present day has been a joy to watch. The events provide a safe space for all stakeholders to share their stories, and the impact is powerful. Our experience was to come away from each conference feeling more empowered to facilitate positive change, being equipped with better tools to be ‘the good enough ally’, and a sense that cricket truly can be a game for all.
Lachlan and Leo have provided us with a bespoke plan, tailored to the individual needs of our county and our cricket community."

“We collaborated with Out4Cricket to deliver our ‘Learn Before Wicket’ LGBTQ+ Inclusion module to several professional teams. They were professional from beginning to end and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them to develop and deliver the content which was well received. I look forward to working with them in the near future.”
